Chris Owen-Smith.  CEO  

Trigger’s founder and the designer of the original Oracle Spreadsheet engine that powered a number of our largest spreadsheet based solutions.  Chris has 18 years experience of enterprise system development, reporting systems and financial integration in the media, utilities and public sectors.

Luke Dalton. COO

Luke has been with Trigger for seven years and during that time has been account director to some of our largest publishing, utilities and public sector clients. Projects for these clients have included large scale management reporting systems with complex consolidation,  transformation and presentation requirements.

Maurice Edgington. CFO

Maurice is a qualified accountant and formally Group FD at Roadchef. Since leaving Roadchef in mid 90's he has acted as FD/CFO for a number of start-ups and small growing companies including publishing (Letterland), Animal (sports accessories), Merretts (retail stores). Currently in addition to being finance director in Trigger, he is also CFO at Ventureforth Inc. a USA based software product and services company.

Stephen Scott. Investor Director

Stephen is a founding member of Red Buffalo and has spent ten years in a variety of roles where he has accumulated extensive experience in the global IT market. Prior to this, he served in the Royal Navy as an Air Engineering Officer before resigning his commission in 1990. Stephen's expertise lies in telecommunications and systems businesses, including a pivotal role in the acquisition and restructuring of PSINet Europe, an internet infrastructure and services company, and the integration of IT hosting and outsourcing company NaviSite Europe with IT hosting firm ConXion Europe. Stephen sits on the board representing the first round investors in the Company.

Ben Walmsley. Investor Director

As well as being a founder of Red Buffalo, Ben is also partner with solicitors SpringLaw LLP, specialising in corporate work. He also acts as a non executive director on the board of several start-up companies and manages a small business angel fund. Ben sits on the board representing the first round investors in the Company and is our Corporate Lawyer.
